Privacy Policy

SentLines is a skills-only plugin that provides language correction and translation instructions inside OpenAI products. SentLines does not operate an external server, require a separate account, use advertising trackers, or independently store the text and images you submit to it.

Information processed

To provide a response, the OpenAI product processes the content you choose to send, which may include text, images, language preferences, and conversation context. SentLines uses that content only to produce the requested correction, reconstruction, or translation during the conversation.

Storage and sharing

SentLines itself does not maintain a user database or send your content to a developer-controlled service. Your use of ChatGPT or Codex, including retention and model processing, is governed by the terms and privacy controls of the OpenAI service through which you use SentLines.

Your choices

Avoid submitting confidential or sensitive material that you do not want processed by the OpenAI service. You can begin a new conversation or delete conversations using the controls available in that service. SentLines language preferences apply only within the current conversation.

Changes

If SentLines later adds an external service or changes how it handles data, this policy will be updated before that change is released.
